In September 2022, the first telemedicine subscription service in Russia was launched. At least, this is what the NaAmendment company, which implemented this project, says.

You can subscribe for 1, 3 or 12 months. The number of consultations for the paid period is not limited. The subscription costs from 499 rubles a month, it applies to five family members.

Consultations with doctors are held in the format of an asynchronous online chat. You can ask about diseases, symptoms, appointments, test results, tax deduction for the provision of medical services.

Based on the results of the consultation, the patient receives a medical opinion with the recommendations of the doctor. If a full-time visit to the doctor is required, you can sign up for it during the consultation.

According to the service's website, when buying a subscription, users receive a 20 percent discount on purchases at pharmacies and laboratories at Invitro and Lifetime.

The company emphasizes that the service has assembled its own team of doctors, which can be trusted. Doctors undergo careful selection - only 3% successfully perform medical testing and get into the team. Doctors do not have sales plans and bonuses for prescribing unnecessary examinations and drugs.

To subscribe, you need to download the OnAmendment mobile application and perform the following actions:

  • Log in to the application.
  • Open the Subscription section.
  • Choose a rate and pay in any suitable way: by credit card or through SberPay. Each tariff includes all the advantages of "Amendment Plus," but differs in the duration of the period. The longer the period the user pays, the lower the cost of the subscription month.[1]

Aggregators of online appointments to doctors may be of interest to multidisciplinary private or dental clinics when it comes to inexpensive and urgent services. For example, to pass tests or cure a sick tooth, "says Vitaly Avaliani, chief physician of the St. Petersburg ophthalmological clinic" I see. "

According to the expert, serious services, such as in his clinic (laser correction of vision and cataract treatment), first involve studying the service market and only then choosing a medical institution.[2]
