TAIS.Digital main activity: implementation of the innovation products in omnichannel call centers, dispatching offices and help desks, the systems of robotization, the system of recognition and analytical speech processing and identification of clients according to biometric data.

The main tools which TAIS.Digital uses in projects:

  • Sensing technology and analytical speech processing for identification of thematic trends in requests of clients, increases in accuracy and speed of reaction to requests
  • Technologies of robotization at customer interaction for processing of standard telephone customer appeals and their informing in the automatic mode without involvement of call center operators
  • Technologies of identification for biometric data for quality improvement of remote customer service and also increase in safety of the made transactions and safety of personal information
