2023: Separation from the Technonicol structure

On April 19, 2023, TECHNONICOL announced that it had separated the IT-Business into a separate structure. The created organization - TN Digital LLC (TN Digital) - is responsible for the development of IT products and big data, the launch of new services, the search and introduction of innovations. The separation of the division will increase the operational efficiency of the parent company, reduce the dependence on critical IT systems from contractors, as well as create proprietary software products and bring them to the foreign market.

TN Digital LLC has combined DevOps engineers, front and backend developers, architects, testers, designers and analysts of the company into one structure. As of April 2023, there are about 200 specialists in the state who work on more than 50 products and solutions. Among the projects:

• cloud platform for managing the transportation of products and raw materials. With its help, TECHNONIKOL logicians manage more than 300 thousand transportation per year: they select carriers, determine tariffs, conduct competitive procedures, draw up routes, and external transport and expeditionary companies reliably and on time deliver construction materials from factories to customers and partners.
• A single enterprise data warehouse. It will provide information for analyzing a wide variety of users and will control the quality of information on a company-wide basis. The project involves the introduction into the IT landscape of a whole range of complex interconnected solutions that work effectively not only on terabytes of data, but also scale under petabytes of information without significantly changing the technologies used.
• Intracorporate ecosystem. You can add widgets to it, as in the designer. The platform helps to solve internal corporate issues more easily and faster, improve work processes, and most importantly - almost completely get rid of bureaucracy.

In terms of digitalization and automation of business processes, TECHNONIKOL is ahead of European production companies and can compete with the most technological sectors of the economy - banking and financial. We are introducing digital technologies into the production of building materials, logistics and customer service so that millions of people around the world live and work in a comfortable environment, "said Vladimir Markov, CEO of TECHNONIKOL production company. - We use drones to map buildings and thermal research, test technologies related to smart materials: leakage sensors inside materials, temperature and snow sensors - we develop a completely deserted autonomous warehouse. The company's plants have introduced machine vision systems that monitor the quality of products on the production line, robotic complexes and marking and accounting systems for our materials.

TN Digital LLC received state accreditation from the Ministry of Digital Industry of Russia.
