Completion of consolidation with ER-Telecom

The ER-Telecom Holding company, the national operator of information and communication services, announced on April 9, 2018 completion of acquisition of 100% of Telemir LLC company. The cost of the transaction does not reveal.

As a result of closing of the transaction providers began to work in April under the uniform brand "Дом.ru Telemir". The public Wi-Fi-network "Дом.ru" and "Telemira" numbering 340 points will cover a quarter of the territory of Lipetsk, declared in ER-Telecom.

On expectations of holding, merger of companies will lead to gain of a position of ER-Telecom in the territory of Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region, including will allow to reach a leading position in the market of broadband access in the Internet and paid TV in B2C segment. In particular, by estimates of the operator, the scale of business of ER-Telecom in the region will grow more than by 2.5 times.

By calculations of providers, consolidation of resources will allow to provide high-quality customer service, telecommunication services and solutions to clients of both companies.

Acquisition of Telemir, one of the largest providers in Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region — an important step on strengthening of regional presence of ER-Telecom. Acquisition by ER-Telecom holding

The telecommunication holding "ER-Telecom" announced on February 13, 2018 acquisition of the Lipetsk operator "Telemir". In the spring of the company intend to begin to work under the uniform brand "Дом.ru Telemir".

As noted, conditions of tariff plans of clients of Telemir will not change. Consolidation with the federal operator will open for subscribers of the Lipetsk company an opportunity to participate in actions of federal level, access to interactive and to the TV mobile services.

Corporate clients of Telemir will get access to broader spectrum of cloud services: the Internet, VPN, video surveillance, Wi-Fi for business and also will be able to purchase antivirus protection for corporate networks, mobile devices and file servers.

ER-Telecom — the Russian operator of the wire Internet and paid TV — works in Lipetsk since 2011. It is expected that merger of companies will allow "ER-Telecom to Holding" to strengthen the positions in the regional market.
