2022: Completion of rebranding

On March 10, 2022, the Unicon audit and consulting group announced that it had rebranded and presented an updated brand. The change in corporate identity is associated with the decision of the group in September 2021 to transform the format of cooperation with the international network BDO and return the historical name - "Unicon."

The symbolism and color scheme of the updated identity reflect the name of the group of companies, its modern personality and strategic guideline - to strive for progressive development in any conditions.

2021

Rebranding and changing the format of cooperation with BDO

From October 1, 2021, the group of companies will officially change its name to Unicon. Representatives of the group announced this on September 21, 2021.

Shareholders of the national audit and consulting group decided to transform the format of cooperation with the international network BDO and return to the historical name of the group.

Legal procedures related to renaming are planned to be completed by the end of 2021, the rebranding process - by March 2022.

From October 1, 2021, Unicon becomes a member of the specially established BDO Global Alliance. Upon joining the Global Alliance, the former status of a member of the BDO network ceases. The updated form of cooperation makes Unicon more independent of the network, leaving the company the right to fully use the methodology, information technologies and specialized audit software products of BDO, as well as the right to participate in international network projects. As part of the Global Alliance, Unicon will continue to provide services to international clients on the recommendation of BDO member firms, and Russian Unicon clients will be able to be served by BDO offices around the world and on any stock markets (if this does not violate the principle of auditor independence). Unicon also retains the right to use the BDO logo indicating membership in the Global Alliance.
