In 2012 focus of a company performance will remain on solutions for the energentiki and oil industry, medical and sports facilities, the financial, transport and logistic companies. Siemens Enterprise Communications will continue development of the innovation complex of corporate communications, including technologies for implementation of unified communications and use of telephony in cloud infrastructure, trading solutions and the 112 systems.
In the next plans – opening of offices in Samara, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, gain of the staff of representation in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar (now in Krasnodar one person works, however in the near future there will begin work the full-fledged office). Opening of the first of these representations is expected not earlier than April – it is in many respects connected with staff shortage, i.e. to find the trained staff in regions quite difficult task. With respect thereto SEN in Russia now actively broadens the state – more than 20 vacancies are at the moment opened.
SEN has the greatest share of contracts (33%) in a public sector, the companies from the sphere of power and the industry (18%) are in the second place. In spite of the fact that in an arsenal of SEN there are solutions and for SMB companies, key customers of vendor are the companies representatives of large business, and in the near future changes of interests in this area in the company do not plan.
2011: Growth of business in Russia for 46%

Among the largest customers for whom Siemens Enterprise Communications company and its partners implemented projects in 2011, such companies as Sberbank of Russia, JSC SO UES, FNKTs of "The nursery of Hematology, Oncology and Immunology" Roszdrava, Caspian Pipeline Consortium and many others.
- In 2011 the company was going to open in Russia three new offices - in Kazan, Yekaterinburg and Sochi. According to CNews, in 2011 had to spend about 1 million euros for opening of offices and set of new employees of SEN. It was planned that new offices and new employees will be engaged in sales and client support.
2010: Sales growth for 47%
Based on 2010 turnover of the company in Russia grew by 47% in comparison with 2009.
In 2010 it was announced that Siemens Enterprise Communications takes the second place selling IP-UATS in Russia according to the research conducted by request of Siemens Enterprise Communications. IP-UATS share from the general sales of Siemens Enterprise Communications makes 69%.
Shares of the companies in the Russian IP-UATS market:
- Avaya - 33%
- Siemens Enterprise Communications — 15,7%
- Cisco - 14,4%
- Panasonic - 8,5%.
Implements the main Siemens Enterprise Communications projects in a segment of large business where on sales volumes of the PBX takes the 3rd place after the companies Avaya and LG.
From Tarasov Arseny's interview to Computerworld in September, 2010: "Three-four years ago nearly a half of the Russian income of Siemens Enterprise Communications fell on direct sales. Such model complicated an exit to public market, complicated work with partners as those were afraid of the possible competition. There was a serious conflict of interest between the staff of our partner department and a command of direct sales. Today ourselves perform deliveries only to the elected large corporate clients and operators; income from them does not exceed 20% of our turnover in Russia. The clear program for partners stimulating operation of the sales channel is formulated. It is also necessary to change an image of the company and to explain to market participants that SEN not only delivers the well-known products TDM and solutions on their basis, but also has a full range of offers in the field of IP systems, complexes of unified communications, contact centers. By our own estimates, SEN takes the second place in the Russian market of corporate telephony, conceding to Avaya-Nortel. About 85% of our sales of IP systems which, however, steadily grows fall to the share of convergent products — nearly 15%. Production expansion Kalugapribor depends on readiness of the authorities to support the Russian producers in tenders for large, including state, contracts. Increase in production will become possible when customers of Kalugapribor, and it is mainly large state structures, will begin implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. Production capacities for this purpose are quite enough."
In the IP telephony market the company takes the leading position thanks to a flagman line under the uniform name OpenScape which provides complex voice functions in any place where there is a connection to IP network. The solutions OpenScape are a basis for business communications, support multimedia opportunities, a system of unified communications and the business processes constructed on communication transactions.
"Today we completely close a product line in a segment of telecommunications and we can propose to customers the "turnkey" complete solution from one producer: beginning from creation of telecom infrastructure based on solutions of Enterasys, finishing with cloud services which will allow our partners to offer the customers additional services" – Marina, the marketing director of Siemens Enterprise Communications in Russia and the CIS comments on Kelin. – "Also the company continues to develop the direction of software development and offers the market different means for calls to colleagues or partners from any business application by means of one click, whether it be SAP, CRM, Outlook, ERP, etc.".
