Sergey Razmakhayev was born in 1974 in the city of Havana (Republic of Cuba). Graduated with honors from Cherepovets highest military institute of radio electronics in "Satellite data transmission systems and the technical analysis of radio signals" and also the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and the Higher school of finance and management (VShFM).
Sergey Razmakhayev began the activity in the industry of IT and communication in 1996 as the research associate on telecommunications at research institute. Further held the analyst's position on telecommunications in Global One company (Orange Business Services) then passed to a position of the program manager of division of Global Service Provider of Lucent Technologies company. Project management on implementation and support of telecommunication solutions and programs belonged to its duties.
From July, 2002 to January, 2009 Sergey Razmakhayev held a post of the manager with corporate customers of Division of ESG of the Russian office NR.
From January, 2009 to August, 2010 held a position of the sales director in Tibco Software company and was responsible for business development in Russia and the CIS countries.
In October, 2010 passed in "NEC Neva communications Sistemy" to a position of the deputy CEO.
Later Sergey Razmakhayev worked in Oracle where directed sales in the state, telecommunication and industrial sectors.
On January 27, 2014 the Unify company announced Sergey Razmakhayev's appointment to the CEO's position in Russia and the CIS countries. Sergey released Sergey Rasskazov from this duty.
In January, 2018 instead of Sergey Razmakhayev (the legal person of Unify in Russia) Edgars Puzo - the head of Atos in Russia was appointed the CEO of Yunifay Kommyyunikeyshns. It occurred within process of legal consolidation of divisions of Atos and Unify in Russia. The decision on consolidation was made within the program of the integration started in 2016 after completion of the transaction on acquisition of Atos of Unify company. For 590 million euros Atos announced purchase of Unify in 2015.
After appointment of the new CEO Razmakhayev entered a position of his deputy. Also he headed the new department of the united company specializing in deliveries of software and communication services of Unify in Russia and the CIS.
