CWT Russia - the Russian office of the European agency CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel until 2019), serving tourists and business customers - is managed by Vipservice BT LLC, which since April 2017 has been an integral part of the CWT global partner network. Wipservice BT, in turn, belongs to the Wipservice group.
History
2021
As of October 2021, the staff is more than 240 people. The client portfolio of CWT Russia includes more than 200 global companies and their representative offices.
2018
The annual customer retention rate for 2018 is 97%, satisfaction with the quality of service (NPS index) is almost 80%.
2017: Joining the Vipservice Holding
On March 27, 2017, CWT signed a strategic partnership agreement with Vipservice Holding in Russia. Vipservice joined the global partner network CWT - Global Partner Network (GPN). The transaction made it possible to combine local and international expertise in products and services for CWT customers.
Since April 2017, CWT Russia has been independently owned and operated by Vipservice JSC.
2013
As of 2013, CWT Russia is:
- 3 central offices of a full range of services in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar;
- 16 On-site offices located on the territory of client companies (in Moscow and St. Petersburg);
- 4 Off-site offices dedicated to servicing certain clients in the Central Offices (Moscow, St. Petersburg);
- 3 Meetings & Events offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar: services for organizing corporate events, motivational trips, conferences and congresses around Russia and the world;
- 2 visa support centers (Moscow, St. Petersburg). Full range of visa support services for clients and corporations;
- About 220 employees in Russia;
- More than 220 corporate clients.
1994: Opening of the first CWT office in Russia
Entering the Russian market in 1994, CWT (formerly Carlson Wagonlit Travel) opened in February its first representative office (Full Service Center) in Moscow.
