History
2022: Service sold by Canadian Visier
On May 4, 2022, Visier, a company specializing in IT solutions for staff analysis, announced the acquisition of a Yva.ai specializing in collaboration analysis. The value of the transaction is not disclosed.
Visier became the owner of Yva.ai technologies and related intellectual property. Together with the acquisition, Visier hired more than 30 engineers data and Yva.ai analysts, which is about half of its global staff. However, both companies did not disclose what role co-founders Yva.ai David Young and Gary Fowler would play.
Yva is the developer of HR analytics to evaluate collaboration. The platform can predict when an employee burns out, assesses his readiness for promotion or desire to quit his job. Also, algorithms based on artificial intelligence of the service are able to look for informal leaders within the team.

Findo was founded in 2016 by David Yang and Gary A. Fowler.
