KPF "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" allows you to design and generate output documents of arbitrary complexity for printing in various formats based on pre-marked templates. The solution is embedded in the interface and expands the functionality of well-known business applications TURBO X, BPMSoft, ELMA365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Creatio, SAP Business One, and can also be adapted to work with any other SQL-compatible platform.
The CPF "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" contains a graphical Agreement Tool specially designed to facilitate preparatory work with templates of legal documents, such as contracts or additional agreements. The Agreement Tool reduces the complexity of labeling and configuring documents with complex hierarchical lists. Using the graphics tool, you can insert merge fields without using office packages. The Agreement Tool contains convenient mechanisms, in particular, ensuring the versionality of individual document parameters, as well as the ability to compare versions, tag paragraphs for quick search, integration with other systems to implement the "life" cycle of the document after its formation.

Along with the plug-in connector, the first wave of adaptation for working with TURBO ERP included the module "CMD-Soft: Loading the BIC directory," designed to download the bank information code directory (BIC). The solution provides the possibility of automatic loading of the BIC for unambiguous identification of the bank during payments.

The utility "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" greatly simplifies the work on marking up templates of documents and reports of arbitrary complexity, which should be formed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another system based on a SQL-compatible database, in Microsoft Word formats (*.doc, *.docx), Microsoft Excel (*.xls, *.xlsx), PDF, XPS, HTML. In the solution, you can flexibly configure the conditions for creating document templates that are ready for printing. It is possible to generate and print a set of documents. Export and import of marked-up documents and their packages in xml - files format is implemented. It is possible to export and import marked-up documents, as well as sets of documents, between SQL-compatible databases.
The solution allows you to reduce the time and effort required to mark up documents such as contracts, payment schedules, standardized letters and reminders, PivotTables, which should be formed by the system at different stages of the automated business process.
The reduction in time is due to an intuitive interface that allows you to train employees to work with the utility for several hours.
To work effectively with CMD-Soft: WordMerger requires the ability to compile SQL queries and knowledge of the Microsoft Office software package.
