Raiffeisenbank announced on August 26, 2019 that clients of bank who keep account in Internet accounting "My case" can connect automatic obtaining the statement from bank and sending payment orders from "My case" to bank now. 2017

Sberbank and "My matters" expedited accounting for business

On November 1, 2017 Internet accounting "My case" announces integration about Sberbank Business Online. Now entrepreneurs can simplify considerably accounting and automate standard transactions.

Clients of My Case service and holders of a checking account in Sberbank should not spend time for reflection of cash flow in accounting — data are automatically transferred from Sberbank Business Online. Statements from bank are loaded into service, and the created payment orders are unloaded and go to bank. There is no need to repeatedly enter the login and the password, and tax and accounting records form in a personal account of service.

Abilities to integrate are available both in "My case", and in partner service 'Online Accounting' which is an integral part of an ecosystem of Sberbank for corporate clients.

Online cash desks, OFD and accounting are available to small business in "one window"

Service of Internet accounting "My case" and the fiscal data operator OFD Platform announced on September 19, 2017 start of partnership with the purpose granting a complex product for transition to relevant rules of trade for representatives of small business.

The offer from "My case" made together with OFD Platform is designed to ensure fast connection and productive functioning with online cash desks, OFD to a wide range of entrepreneurs and the companies. The product is implemented within My Case service and includes services OFD of one year, complex service of online cash desk and accounting maintenance of business. As result, representatives of small business will be able to receive the simple solution allowing to work in full accordance with requirements of law 54-FZ in the mode of "one window".

Within the second stage of cash reform, on expert evaluations, the number of online cash desks till July 1, 2018 will double at least. Entrepreneurs from different fields of activity will pass to new rules. Our task is creation for them comfortable conditions of connection of cash desks and work on the changed order of use of the cash register equipment. The experience accumulated for the first stage of reform allows us in partnership with colleagues from the company of "My case" to provide to small business only the checked solutions on 54-FZ — the CEO of OFD Platform company Alexey Barov said.

2016

"Дом.ru Business" announced cloud accounting based on "My case"

The federal telecom operator "Дом.ru Business" (a brand of JSC ER-Telecom Holding in the market of B2B) in partnership with My Case company started in December a product for corporate clients – cloud accounting. Thanks to the joint program, at payment of the first year of use of service 2 months are provided as a gift.

Cloud accounting is the automated service for entrepreneurs and direktorovkompaniye allowing to keep independently accounting. At the same time use of service does not require accounting education. The main functionality includes, preparation and sending reports to regulatory authorities, online consultations on accounting, base from more than thousands of ready forms and agreements, personnel document flow and reminders. For the mezzanine board also service of check of partners is available.

It is possible to use service worldwide where there is an Internet access. At the same time all information is transferred via a secure channel of communication, and services are accredited according to 152 Federal Laws "About Personal Data". Protection of the service is organized similarly bank that does service by not less reliable, than Internet banks. Each 15 minutes there is a backup on additional servers that allows to be sure of safety of data. Thus to use services absolutely safely. Especially as the My Case company bears the financial responsibility for the damage which arose owing to mismatch of a form of the reporting to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, violation of terms of submission of reports and also the wrong calculations and online consultations.

2014

Integration into the core banking system of Diasoft

On April 16, 2014 the My Case company announced agreement signature of partnership with Diasoft company that in a result led to integration of the My Case system with banking systems of Diasoft.

Statements from bank are automatically and timely loaded into "My case" then a system independently makes distribution of money by items of expenditure and income. On the basis of these data calculation of the amount of taxes and contributions is executed. The created payment order can be unloaded for execution in bank without the need for use of external systems of RBS. At the same time a system automatically substitutes relevant details, specifies purpose of payment and fills all office fields.

Partners expect that application integration will promote increase in convenience of work of users of software "My case" - clients of bank which uses the core banking system of Diasoft.

Service for conducting accounting, personnel and tax accounting "My case" is integrated with Internet resources of Alfa-Bank, Promsvyazbank, Ship-building bank, "SDM-bank" and "LOKO-bank" and to users it is enough to enter the main company details, information on checking accounts and to connect the electronic reporting once.

Available API for banks

On June 9, 2014 the My Case company announced readiness of API for integration with the banks servicing small business.

As such, integration of "My case" exists with Alfa-Bank, Promsvyazbank, Ship-building bank, "Loco bank" and "SDM-bank".

Any bank can organize electronic document management between the online bank and My Case service - it will expand opportunities for clients - small entrepreneurs (SP or Ltd company). For integration with My Case banks need to configure the service implementing three functions:

  • the function returning the status of connection of service of integration with Internet accounting "My case";
  • function of import of the payment order in format 1C;
  • function of export of movements on the account of the subscriber for the required period in format 1C.

Integration of a system "Bank client" and My Case allows to unload automatically the payment orders created in service and to load statements from bank in accounting service. A system independently makes distribution of money by items of expenditure and income, calculates the amounts of taxes and contributions. For this purpose it is enough to user to enter once the main company details, information on checking accounts and to connect the electronic reporting. It facilitates work of SP or Ltd company on the STS and an UIIT with the checking account and reduces quantity of personal customer appeals in bank, specified in "My case".

As a result of integration the bank receives new clients - legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

"My case" includes to the analyst of Seeneco

On August 26, 2014 the company "My case" also Seeneco announced start of analytics for small business.

Internet accounting "My case" and an online service of management of finance of Seeneco prepare a business intelligence for the entrepreneurs who are independently conducting enterprise accounting.

Seeneco helps with a personal account of Internet accounting to analyze "My case" business profitability indicators, expenses, arrived, etc., to receive the evident analysis on structure and dynamics of payments. Service helps to notice unfortunate trends in the business, for example, growth of expenses in time, and in time to make the necessary management decisions.

"My case" allows the beginning entrepreneurs to prepare free of charge a complete set of documents for registration of SP or Ltd company.

2013

The number of users of My Case web service reached 400 thousand

In January, 2013 in My Case service the 400-thousand user was registered. In total for 2012 262 thousand accountants and individual entrepreneurs joined number of clients of service.

Let's note that service of Internet accounting "My case" was it is started at the end of 2009. Formation and development of the company happened very dynamically: for 2010 the number of users of service made more than 18 thousand, and for 2011 this indicator increased by 7 times and made about 123 thousand clients. For 2012 the number of clients of service was tripled still and on the end of the year made about 385 thousand users. And in January, 2013 the number of users reached 400 thousand.

2011

The service for conducting accounting online "My case" insured in VSK company the responsibility:

  • for quality of the provided services in conducting accounting, delivery of the electronic reporting;
  • for safety of these clients.

It is the first similar insurance contract among SAAS-SERVICES in Russia and a precedent for the market of insurance services.

Factor of reliability is also data backup which is performed each 6 hours and gives a guarantee that data will never be lost.

Using development tools of Microsoft Visual Studio and other technologies of Microsoft, the My Case company in a short time created and put on the market the unique accounting service working on the Software as Service model. Wide functionality, support of simultaneous operation of thousands of users, delivery of accounting records via the Internet and many other systems capabilities provided its success in the market.

Participation in programs of Microsoft for the beginning companies (startups) allowed not only to receive free software that was important on start of the project, but also consulting support on business development. The My Case command continues to develop service and now considers its transfer to the Windows platform of Azure to provide big scalability of a system and to reduce labor costs of specialists.

The period of economic instability since 2008 forced entrepreneurs to pay once again attention to importance of optimization of fixed expenses of the companies and their greatest possible reduction for the sake of business survival. Then the CEO of My Case company Yaremko Maxim thought of a possibility of cost reduction of individual entrepreneurs and the organizations on conducting accounting. Only several months later this idea developed into the big, intensively developing business project of the All-Russian scale.

Many owners of small and medium business spend big money for conducting accounting, without having at the same time 100% of quality assurances and an opportunity to objectively estimate a condition of financial affairs. Quite often in reporting documentation there are errors in case of which, to the entrepreneur who does not have special knowledge and skills to understand process and to define discrepancies rather difficult. Many simple operational tasks also require permanent presence of the accountant as the majority of IT systems for conducting accounting are expected application only by the specialists who are well understanding process and underwent professional training. At the same time the software for conducting accounting usually requires installation on the computer, settings prior to work and regular updating which cannot be performed independently.

"Being the owner of the IT company on development of custom information systems, I saw that a considerable part of the money earned with us leaves on conducting accounting. All businessmen face this problem, and sometimes it calls into question into existence of the business and legalization of activity of individual entrepreneurs. Understanding process subtleties a little, I knew that accounting in itself is not so complex, it is possible to perform it via the Internet without the software installation on the computer, and the interface of the program can be simple and clear to any user. Then I came up with the idea creations of available service for conducting accounting for small business", – Maxim Yaremko says.

Solution

"At a stage of development of the concept of service we initially considered sales opportunity of the project on the basis of technologies of Microsoft and PHP. However finally the preliminary estimate of cost of development of service based on PHP technologies was much higher. Also creation of infrastructure for development is much cheaper to implement scalable and high-quality services based on products of Microsoft even taking into account purchase costs of licenses. Unlike the PHP programmers, the level of the specialists understanding technologies of Microsoft is always quite high. In most cases, ownership of technology of development of.NET speaks about rather high level of the programmer", – Maxim Yaremko says.

The My Case service was created based on.NET technologies in a development environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft SQL Servers 2008, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Internet Information Services 6.0 were also used.

The application works on the Software as a Service model, rather new to the Russian market. To become its user it is enough to have Internet access and to be registered. At the same time at users need for integration with the park of information systems and in expensive technical support disappears. It is possible to work in service from any computer connected to the Internet.

Secure access does work with service convenient and safe, and, above all – the necessary documents always near at hand. In any place and at any time the user of service can create any accounting document, prepare the reporting and load payment documents into Internet bank for payment.

Special attention at system development was paid to an opportunity to quickly adjust accounting procedures according to the last requirements of fiscal bodies. Thanks to flexibility of the system created using technologies of Microsoft if necessary it is possible to implement fast entering of engineering changes into forms of the reporting and an order of delivery of documents to provide their compliance to the legislation.

"Active work of Microsoft with partners allows our specialists to be aware always of recent trends in the field of design and development of information systems and to use the latest technologies in development of service", – Maxim Yaremko notes.

Initial money resources were selected for creation of the company and development of service from personal means of founders. However from the very beginning the project developed so promptly that only several months later, continuation of works required attraction of additional resources of investors.

"From managers of Microsoft with whom we communicated we learned about Microsoft BizSpark. Participation in this program considerably saved our costs for creation of a system that is especially important on start of the project. Within the program we not only received free software, but also access to MSDN libraries which very much help developers", – Maxim Yaremko told. As note in My Case company, at registration in the Microsoft BizSpark program there were no bureaucratic difficulties – since the moment when heads learned about Microsoft BizSpark, prior to use of advantages of the program there passed only about 10 days. "Now we began participation in the Microsoft Startup Accelerator program within which we get advice at the choice of suitable us reliable partners and other consultations", - Maxim Yaremko specifies.

Advantages

"Work on the project was begun with a programming team from 7 people in January, 2009 and already by the end of the year service began to work in the beta testing mode. Ourselves and our acquaintances entrepreneurs were the first users of a system", – Maxim Yaremko tells.

Thanks to My Case service it is possible to issue easily all necessary accounting documentation and to carry out it at all stages of activity – from registration and giving of a set of documents to the tax inspection before formation of tax statements. It is enough to enter once details of the company, it is also possible to make out invoices for payment to clients and to load statements from any Internet banking for reflection of income and expenses. The electronic reporting is transferred via the Internet in encrypted form that completely excludes a possibility of information leak.

"Thanks to the newest technologies of Microsoft we can constantly expand the list of opportunities of our system, at the same time for clients of My Case service process of use does not become complicated: more than 70% of our users do not need special training", – Maxim Yaremko notes.

In one and a half years of existence of My Case service in it is mute more than 40,000 representatives of small business were registered, more than 3000 use service on a paid basis.

"From the very beginning of work the service showed high efficiency and usefulness therefore we had no doubts in future demand of a product. The first hundred clients innovators appeared quickly enough thanks to publications in Internet mass-media which free of charge wrote about our service and made initial PR. However 500 paid clients – the number of users which we could not increase long time became a critical indicator for us. Unfortunately, at the initial stage we did not pay due attention to the organization of commercial process therefore we had to devote some time to building of a system of marketing and sales which earned only recently", – Maxim Yaremko notes.
"In the current version of service all necessary functionality put in the concept is implemented. The main task which faces us today, – as much as possible to strengthen commercial process and to increase the number of users. We developed the effective affiliate program for these purposes and actively we involve in cooperation of the company in regions of Russia", – Maxim Yaremko says.

However increase in number of users of service will inevitably create additional difficulties with scalability which at the moment is implemented by programmers of the company actually manually: each 2-3 months it is necessary to buy in addition new servers, to configure them and to again resolve system performance issue. It attracts additional monetary and time expenditure.

"Now we consider transfer in the long term of our service on the Windows platform of Azure. It will allow to solve a problem of scalability of a system and it is essential to reduce labor costs of our specialists", – Maxim Yaremko explained.
