ChIASSR was born on December 2, 1976 in Grozny.

In 2001 graduated from the Moscow state open university (since 2012 is a part of the Moscow polytechnical university) in World economy.

September, 2002 - December, 2005 - the specialist of the 1st category, the treasurer, the senior treasurer, the chief treasurer, the acting assistant department head of expenses of the Federal Treasury Department in the Chechen Republic.

2005: Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation

December, 2005 - June, 2014 - the chief specialist, the adviser, the head of department in Management of improvement of functional activity of Federal Treasury.

2011: RANEPA

In 2011 graduated from the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Law.

2014: Ministry of Finance of the Moscow region

June, 2014 - March, 2015 - the chief of Summary and Analytical management, Management of budget implementation of the Ministry of Finance of the Moscow region.

March, 2015 - April, 2017 - the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Moscow region.

April, 2017 - April, 2018 - the deputy minister of economy and finance of the Moscow region.

Since April, 2018 - the director of Administrative department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
