Biography

Andrei was born in the city of Pavlovsky Posad.

In 1994, he completed his studies at school number 593.

In 2004 he was educated at MIIT.

In 2018, he completed the Executive Leadership Development SpecializationAnalysis to Action course at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

From 2004 to 2005, he worked as a consultant on the Microsoft Navision product at Credo consulting.

From 2005 to 2007, he worked as deputy program manager at Open Technologies.

In 2007, he became a member of the SAP CIS team as a consultant to SAP ERP Financials. He worked until 2009.

In the future, he made a great contribution to the development of new SAP BusinessObjects solutions in industries such as transport, retail, banking and telecommunications. Andrey has industry specifics and deep knowledge in the energy industry.

From 2009 to 2011, he worked as a sales manager in representative offices of Russia and Belarus.

In 2011, he became responsible for working with the largest energy companies in Russia. He worked in this status until 2013.

In June 2013, SAP CIS announced the appointment of Andrey Goryainov as Director of SAP Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus. He was responsible for business management, strategy development and sustainability of the company's development in the region.

From 2013 to 2016, he acted as the regional director of SAP in Armenia and Belarus.

In September 2016, he worked as Director of the SAP CIS Platform Solutions Department.

The market of the Republic of Belarus is strategically important for SAP business. SAP has more than 30 customers in the region from different industries. Among the key clients are Alant-M, Belaz, Belarusneft, BelZhD, Gazprom Transgaz Belarus, Gomelenergo, BMZ, Mozyr Refinery, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Velkom. The number of clients from the medium and small business segment has increased, for example, the shoe manufacturer Belvest, and the retail chain Native Side. Also, a full-fledged SAP ecosystem has been formed in the Republic of Belarus, which not only helps to automate the work of Belarusian enterprises, but also exports services. The SAP partner network in the country includes about 7 active partners.

As of March 4, 2018, Andrei Goryainov worked as Deputy General Director of SAP CIS.

Since 2018, he headed the Services and Services cluster, where he made a great contribution to the development of new SAP solutions in such industries as transport, retail and wholesale trade, banking and insurance, telecommunications, as well as the electric power industry and housing and communal services. Under his leadership, many significant projects on the digital transformation of the largest companies in Russia and the CIS were implemented.

2022: T1 Business Development Director

The T1 Group on November 7, 2022 announced the appointment of Andrei Goryainov as Director of Business Development. Its key objective in this role was the formation and implementation of the Group's commercial strategy T1 taking into account the updated product offering of the holding, industry trends, as well as accelerating import substitution in all sectors of the economy.

One of the priority goals of Andrei Goryainov as Director for Business Development of T1 was to audit and form an effective model of commercial function in business units. He will also be responsible for the interaction and development of relations with key clients and partners, the search for new commercial opportunities to strengthen the market position of the T1.
