Biography

Vladimir Ivanovich Androsik was born on May 23, 1975 in the city of Biysk of Altai Krai.

In 1997 graduated from St. Petersburg State University majoring in "Mathematical methods and operations research in economy".

In 2002 graduated from the Certified institute of management accountants.

Vladimir Androsik promoted in the group of "the St. Petersburg operators" which is forgotten partially already which as many market participants believed, became isolated on one of former Ministers of Communications of the Russian Federation – Leonid Reymana. In 1997, directly from a university bench, Androsik was the deputy financial director of the PeterStar telecommunication company entering into the Telekominvest holding organized by Reyman. After in 1999 Reyman became a Minister of Communications, mass transfer of managers from the companies of Telekominvest on key posts in the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications and structures subordinated to it, including Svyazinvest and Rostelecom began. In 2001 JSC Rostelecom was headed by the CEO of Peterstar Sergey Kuznetsov, and Androsik became the chief financial officer of Rostelecom[1].

In 2004 Androsik received a position of the advisor to director general of JSC Svyazinvest (the CEO of this state holding then was Valery Yashin, the former head of Petersburg Telephone Network in which Reyman directed international department). At the same time Androsik was delivered on management of finance in GROS holding which "the St. Petersburg operators" created in Moscow on a sample of Telekominvest.

In 2006 Vladimir Androsik, together with Dmitry Ivanter, de jure acted as the cofounder of the Cyprian firm Eventis Telecom Holdings Ltd through which "the St. Petersburg operators" tried to enter the telecommunication markets of the CIS countries (to Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan). In 2007 Eventis Telecom was the owner of several buffer firms through which Leonid Reiman received a share in the Zelenograd microelectronic plant "Angstrem" (then Reiman denied it, but nowadays it officially is a co-owner of Angstrem).

In 2007 headed the Reymany Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications held a series of competitions on the GSM license in Siberia and in the Far East, the majority of which was won by the unknown company "Summa Telecom" which appeared literally in a year before. Many observers in the market then assumed existence of informal communication between owners of Summa Telecom LLC and the management of the industry ministry. Could not use the obtained licenses Summa Telecom as around their issue the series of legal claims began.

In 2008 Leonid Reiman lost the portfolio, and the group of "the St. Petersburg operators" was in the eyes scattered, and the majority of its assets was sold hastily out. Vladimir Androsik found to himself the place in Summe Telecom, in 2009 having headed Board of Directors of this company (then it Ivan Prokopyev with whom Androsik worked in Eventis Telecom already directed).

Since October, 2009 - the chairman of the board of directors of Summa Telecom LLC. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Since January, 2015 - the CEO of Summa Telecom LLC.
