Biography

Born February 24, 1970 in Saratov, Russia.

1992 - graduated from the Kiev Higher Military Aviation School with honors.

1995 - worked at MENATEP Bank, where^[1] was responsible for the development of acquiring services].

He continued his professional activities in terminal equipment manufacturers.

1997 - Director of Sales of Hypercom in the markets of Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe^[2]

2002-2010 - President for the EMEA region of the company CyberNet^[3].

2010 - General Director of LANTER, a company created in the LANIT group of companies to supply POS-terminal equipment and software solutions for the transactional business, as well as to provide service services to banks and trading enterprises^[1].

On November 16, 2016, Andrei Alexandrovich Arefyev worked as the head of the EPAM Insurance Competence Center.

Projects

Under the leadership of Andrei Arefiev, LANTER implemented a number of projects, including:

• March 2011 - software development and successful testing of Hypercom terminals for compatibility with the current United Card Service payment solutions infrastructure^[4].

• 2011-2012 - Bank ZENIT OJSC and Bank Petrokommerts OJSC certified LANTER's solution for compliance with the MasterCard PayPass 2.0 standard. The project is being implemented as part of the program to expand the acquiring network of the Bank^[5][6].

• January 2013 - PCI PA-DSS certification of the Lan4Tap payment application, which will allow you to enter new markets and offer your customers innovative solutions in the field of bank card acceptance^[7].
