Biography
Born December 7th.
In 1996 he graduated from the Baltic State Technical University "Voenmekh" named after D. F. Ustinov (BSTU "Voenmekh").
In 2004-2007 - Head of Data Center in Rostelecom.
From 2007 to 2009 - project manager at the telecommunications company Sibirtelecom.
In 2010-2012 - Commercial Director of Nienschanz. At the same time, he was the head of the data center in Rostelecom.
In 2012-2015 - Vice President of Maykor.
Since 2015, he served as commercial director of Ayemti, which owned TsODCloud DC.
Dmitry Selivanov served as Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies and Information Protection of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. In February 2018, he took the post of head of this department. Andrei Koshkin, who headed the department before Selivanov, moved to the post of adviser to the chairman of the FSS. In this position, he is responsible for the issues of digital development, the digital strategy of the FSS.
In May 2019, it became known about the transfer of Dmitry Selivanov to the Ministry of Health to the post of interim head of the Department of Digital Development and Information Technologies of the Ministry.[1]
