"Ai Em of Ti" works at the market under the CloudDC brand. Its core business is providing cloud services based on own DPCof Cloud DC Moscow 1 opened in 2015 on the platform "Alabushevo" of the Zelenograd special economic zone.

The amount of authorized capital of the company on the middle of 2017 is 1.9 billion rubles.

History

2017: Sale to the company to structure of Rosneft

In September, 2017 "The Siberian Internet company" (Sibintek) announced completion of the transaction on acquisition of a data processing center of Cloud DC located in the Zelenograd special economic zone.

Sibintek is internal IT integrator of Rosneft. According to base " circuit.focus ", as of the middle of 2017 the company for 50.49% belongs to Neft-Aktiv and RN-pension assets companies which main beneficiary is Rosneft. A share in 49.51% in the company "Businesskontsept" belonging to Region Portfolio Investments company — the former management company of Rosneft sold to Region group owns.

Cloud DC passed to Sibintek as a result of acquisition 100% of authorized capital of Ouch Em Ti company which possessed this DPC. FAS satisfied the petition for the transaction in July earlier. At that time in Sibinteka did not explain for what purchase Cloud DC.

For launch specialization of Cloud DC Moscow 1 was called IaaS provision of services

After completion of the transaction in Sibintek said that the DPC will be used for transition to cloud model of rendering services, consolidation of information resources, storage and data processing of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and as the technical platform for tests of elements of the digital enterprise, including, within the agreement with General Electric. The last was signed in June and assumes creation of joint venture for development in Russia of the industrial Internet and implementation of the advanced digital solutions on objects of Rosneft and in the Russian oil and gas industry.

Rosneft within the developed strategy till 2022 is going to pass to new, "digital" model of a company performance, to implement the latest digital solutions on mining and oil processing objects for increase in efficiency. In particular, such technologies as remote monitoring, diagnostics and production management on the basis of processing of Big Data, predictive analytics, self-training neuronets, - note in Sibinteka.

Purchase of a ready data processing center allows to receive computing powers without passing of long procedures of creation and certification of difficult infrastructure, added to the companies.

It should be noted that on the website "Sibintek" of the services provided by it services of DPC even before Cloud DC purchase were listed. Moreover, the company announced providing such services still nearly 10 years ago. So, in 2008 it specified rendering collocation service based on DPC in the corporate presentations and also service of reserve data center. In partner directories, in addition to these services the offer of lease of racks, a hosting, etc. was also specified in the Sibintek portfolio.

In the vacancies of Sibintek placed in recent years, including 2016 and 2017, it was told about presence at it of corporate data center.

The market of commercial DPCs - one of not numerous segments which are steadily showing growth at the general not too blagopriyaty dynamics of IT market in Russia in the last several years. According to TAdviser, at the end of 2015 this market grew by 15% and reached 13 billion rubles. In 2016 growth continued: TAdviser predicted possible increase in market size by the beginning of 2017 to 14.5 billion rubles that is 11% more than last year's indicators.

2015: Opening of DPC of Cloud DC Moscow 1

In 2015 the company announced opening of DPC of Cloud DC Moscow 1. At the time of opening the area of its building was in 1900 sq.m. The platform includes the 3rd machine a hall sarcophagus on 50 racks everyone.

As explained TAdviser in the company, construction of DPC from private sources of its shareholders and owners was financed. Exact investment volume does not reveal, however at the time of opening of DPC in the company said that only on purchase of the computing equipment for it about 2.5 billion rubles are required.

2014

Loss of 21.6 million rub at the end of year

At the end of 2014 "Ai Em Ti" appeared at a loss for 21.6 million rubles. Such data are specified in base " circuit.focus ". In 2013 the loss of the company made about 2.1 million rubles, and in 2012 it made small profit - 200 thousand rubles.

Transfer of the company to Cyprus

Since April, 2014, according to Contour-Focus base, "Ai Em of Ti" is registered as the founder the Lunaray Investments company registered in Cyprus. Its individual owner, according to the Cyprian register, since May, 2017 is the ex-CEO of Otkrytiye Capital company Nikolay Katorzhnov.

Representatives of the company explained to TAdviser transfer of the company on Cyprus company with the fact that in the Russian legislation there are some difficulties at occurrence of new investors therefore temporarily (for the investment period) the company was transferred to the Cyprian legislation. Upon termination of this period shareholders are going to return the company to the Russian jurisdiction, told in "Ai Em Ti".

2007: Foundation of the company

The company was formed in 2007. It was founded by the professional Anatoly Kondratyev, famous in the aviation sphere, and Oleg Kiselyov. Kiselyov was a CEO earlier "Ai Em of Ti", however in 2009 this position was held by Anatoly Kondratyev's son Sergey Kondratyev.
