Biography
Anatoly Kondratyev ended[1]the Moscow Aviation Institute in "Dynamics of flight and an aircraft control system" and also a postgraduate study, taught in native university.
In 1975-1990 was engaged in analytical activity, working as the senior research associate at Institute of strategic researches. He organized the international logistic club and became, nearly, one of founders of aviation logistics and express transportations in Russia.
In 1993 Anatoly Kondratyev was elected the president of Association of express carriers, and in 1997 - the president of Association of air freight transportation.
According to Contour-Focus base, Anatoly Kondratyev together with the son Sergey Kondratyev is registered as the founder of Class and K-Telecom and Konnektstroy companies. The first of them was formed in 2004 and worked under the Classtel brand, being positioned as the telecommunication company integrator. In turn, Konnektstroy was formed in 2008. As of the middle of 2015 this company is in process of bankruptcy.
In 2007 Anatoly Kondratyev together with Oleg Kiselyov formed Ayemti company. It possesses the cloud DPC of Cloud DC let in 2015 to the Zelenograd SEZ. Anatoly Kondratyev held a position of the chairman of the board of directors in Ayemti.
Contribution to development of civil aviation
Anatoly Kondratyev dealt with topical issues of safety of air transportation and prevention of overloads, formulated requirements to operators on loading of airplanes, turned on in resstr such new type of activity as express transportations and activity of the Russian aviation operators.
Public activity
Anatoly Kondratyev is a member of the committee on logistics at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Expert advice concerning customs in the State Duma. Actively cooperates with Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and FCS.
