Expertek

Expertek develops and advances replicated solutions for trade enterprises and networks of gas station, provides complex services in the field of the trading hardware-software systems.

Key solutions of Expertek:

• GAS Complex System is the complete integrated solution intended for automation of single and network refueling complexes, networks of gas station and sales divisions of the oil companies.
• Retail Complex System is the complete solution intended for automation of trade enterprises.
• Analytic System is an analytical system for the trading companies.

Solutions are created based on a product of TradeHouse company – an integrated automated control system.

In addition to implementation of own developments Expertek performs delivery of a broad spectrum of the equipment and supplies, support and service maintenance of trade hardware and software solutions of other producers.

History

2016: Co-owners of Expertek became Sibintek and Alexander Yakhnich

As TAdviser knew, since February, 2016 co-owners of Expertek are Sibintek companies (25%) and "YAMS Opereyshen" (30%), the remained 45% since December, 2015 belong to a certain Vladimir Igorevich Pashkov.

Maykor owning Expertek since 2012 explained TAdviser sale to the company so:

The software of Expertek is used, in particular, on refueling stations of Rosneft

Sibintek for 49% belongs to Rosneft, and the Yaroslavl entrepreneur Alexander Yakhnich, the creator and the head of the world famous motor-racing command "Yakhnich Motorsport" owns YAM Opereyshen company.

Since 2016 Sibintek acquired the rights allowing to perform functions of executive body of RN-inform LLC — IT subsidiaries of Rosneft. Thus, Rosneft displaid IT assets from under the individual management, having transferred them not to the completely controlled company.

2012: IBS exchanged Expertek for 5% of Maykor

The Maykor group in 2012 received 100% of shares of Expertek which were earlier completely belonging to subsidiary company of the group IBS, IBS IT Services, and IBS took over by 5% of stocks of Maykor.

Maykor purchased Expertek on purpose expansion of capacities, competences and a service line in the development areas and promotions of replicated solutions for trade enterprises and networks of gas station and also providing complex services in the field of the trading hardware-software systems, spoke in the company.

In turn, IBS was going to focus on development of the core competencies – providing IT services in the field of implementation of business applications and creation of large-scale infrastructure solutions.

2003 - 2011

The company generally works with networks of gas stations and sales divisions of the oil companies. The flagship product of IBS GAS is implemented in subsidiary companies of Rosneft which purchased a part of Yukos gas Station. Also Expertek supplied the cash equipment to structures of TNK-BP. In a segment of trade enterprises clients of the company are, for example, Lotte Duty Free and Lush.

1997 - 2003

Expertek was formed in the IBS group in 1997.

In the first half of the 2000th years the network of gas station belonging to Yukos was the main client of the company. The oil holding using the product Expertek fought for efficiency of the gas stations.

After arrest of the head of Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky and a sale of his assets Expertek business recession began.
