Biography
She graduated from the Moscow International Business School "MIRBIS" with a degree in Personnel Management and Personnel Analysis in 2009 and received an MBA in Strategic Management from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2019.
From 2022 to 2024, she served as Managing Director for Human Care at Natura Siberica Group of Companies, where she was responsible for the development of the HR function, the implementation of systems for assessing and improving employee satisfaction, as well as the implementation of strategic initiatives in the field of talent management.
She held the position of Vice President for Human Resources and General Affairs at Etalon Group, where, in addition to personnel management, she oversaw projects in the field of corporate social responsibility and compliance.
2025: M.Video-Eldorado HR Director
M.Video-Eldorado on April 28, 2025 announced the appointment of Anastasia Rodina to the post of HR Director. Irina Petrova, who previously held this position, left the team of M.Video-Eldorado in connection with the transition to a new job.
In her position as HR Director, Anastasia Rodina is responsible for implementing the HR management strategy, developing corporate culture, attracting and retaining talent, increasing employee engagement, as well as introducing HR practices, including initiatives to improve employee experience within the company and digitalize HR functions. Special attention will be paid to the development and support of employees of the retail chain, the formation of a positive image of the seller's profession, as well as strengthening the role of the store team as a key role of interaction with the client.
