With honors ended in 1984 study at faculty of mathematics and computer sciences of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and received the Bachelor's degree on mathematics and computers; in 1990 completed CUM LAUDE training at faculty of Computer sciences of the Higher school of the VTR of the USA to Monterrey (State of California) and received degree of the Master of Computer sciences and mathematics.

Since 1985 Isaak Davidovich worked at different technical and executive positions in the development center of computer systems of the Israeli Air Force, and in companies Comverse, Malam Systems (Israel). From 2002 to 2009 directed activity of Amdocs company in Russia and the CIS. Since 2012 directs activity of AlgoSec company in Russia and the CIS.

From 2002 to 2009 worked in Amdoks company as the vice president responsible for business of the company in Russia and the CIS countries. From 2010 to 2011 worked as the CEO of Megapeydzh company (Avtolokator trademark). From 2012 to 2017 worked in Algosek company as the CEO across Russia and the CIS countries.

Now is the vice president of JSC Ramax International.

Isaak Davidovich has more than 30 years of experience in project management of development and support of information systems of different level in the fields of management of the enterprises, telecommunications and communication networks, the onboard systems of avionics, etc. and also more than 15 years of experience in work with customers and clients and in development of IT-Business in Russia and the CIS countries.
