Replenishment of the portfolio of services with 1C solutions
On August 30, 2021, RAMAX Group announced the replenishment of its portfolio of services with 1C solutions. Now the group of companies will apply its expertise in the processes of the back office when working with the systems of the Russian manufacturer.
Experience with SAP systems has enabled RAMAX Group's team of experts to build expertise in project management, supply chain management, customer relationships, human resources, financial management, project planning and other ERP areas over more than a decade, which are planned to be extrapolated to the 1C market.
By expanding its portfolio of services involving 1C systems, RAMAX Group will be able not only to continue cooperation with large customers who are implementing a program to switch to domestic software, but also to attract new customers, for example, government companies, where pressing difficulties are aggravated by the high cost of error.
"In some industries (for example, in transport), we have expertise in key areas of automation and digital business transformation," said Umar Udaev, head of 1C practice at RAMAX Group. - Earlier, large customers who took the course on import substitution simply did not have an alternative to small integrators. The option of working with 1C franchisees threatened losses, since they have no experience with such a scale of business, and their own development is always very resource-intensive, especially in terms of time. Due to the difficulty of finding an integrator in the market that can fully meet the needs, banks, metallurgy, the oil industry and companies from other industries cannot improve the quality of business by digitalizing internal processes, therefore, our initiative to expand the portfolio of services in the field of 1C is a natural answer to current reality problems. " |
For 2021, to solve large-scale problems in the field of import substitution, RAMAX Group is focused on expanding the list of Russian technological partners and attracting qualified personnel.
