Education

In 1992 she graduated from Dagestan State Technical University, having received a degree in systems engineering in the direction of management in information systems.

Career

2001-2004

In 2001-2003, she worked as a 1C programmer at 4dk, in 2003-2004 as a leading programmer at Bonanza Electronics, in 2004-2006 as a chief programmer and database architect at Interradiopribor, where she participated in the creation of a corporate information system for a service center based on Oracle.

2006-2013

In 2006, she headed the IT department at the Debt Recovery Agency, in which she again faced 1C and, in particular, led the project for the development and implementation of an information system based on 1C 8.1. Kakhrumanova worked at the agency until February 2013.

In April - September 2013, she was the senior manager of IT projects at Rosbank, where she was engaged in the management of information system development projects, interaction with customers, suppliers and contractors.

In October 2013, she took the post of Director of the Development of the Corporate Information System of the Siberian Generating Company. In particular, in this post until July 2015, she managed the portfolio of relevant projects and determined the strategy for the development of the corporate information system.

2015

In July 2015, she moved to the Central Bank of Russia, where she was appointed to the post of director of the development center of the information technology department. In October 2017, she became acting Director of the Information Technology Department, replacing Maxim Tishchenko in this post.

The direct leader of Kakhrumanova in the Central Bank is the first deputy chairman of the bank's board Olga Skorobogatova, who previously also worked as deputy chairman and curator of IT in Rosbank.
