Biography

Konstantin Kravchenko was born on February 15, 1973 in Voronezh. In 1995 he graduated from Voronezh State Technical University, Radio Engineering Department. In 1998 he defended his thesis and received the degree of candidate of technical sciences.

From 1995 to 1998 - Researcher at the Institute of Problems of Technology of Microelectronics and Especially Pure Materials of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

From 1999 to 2000 - Deputy Head of the Analytical Department of Mostelecom.

From 2000 to 2002 - Technical Director of Vilkom.

From 2002 to 2009, he worked at Svyazinvest, where he successively held the positions of chief specialist of the public communications network development strategy department of the telecommunications department, director of the telecommunications department, executive director - director of the department of new services and business development, was a member of the boards of directors of Giprosvyaz, National payphone network, AK MobileTelecom, and the board of Uralsvyazinform.

From 2006 to 2009 - General Director of Universal-Telecom (GeoLife project - GLONASSGPS satellite/monitoring system).

From 2010 to 2012 - Head of the Department of Information Technologies, Automation, Telecommunications and Production Efficiency of the Regional Sales Directorate of Gazprom Neft.

Since 2012 - Member of the Board of Directors of ITSK.

From 2012 to August 2018, he served as Head of the Information Technology, Automation and Telecommunications Department of Gazprom Neft.

2018: Transfer to work at Uralvagonzavod

As it became known to TAdviser in August 2018, Konstantin Kravchenko moved from Gazprom Neft to Uralvagonzavod, a manufacturer of tanks, rolling stock products, etc. At the company, he took the position of advisor to the CEO.

Gazprom Neft confirmed the departure of Kravchenko to TAdviser. A new leader will be appointed instead in the near future, the company said.

At Uralvagonzavod, according to TAdviser, Kravchenko will deal with digital transformation, taking into account the need for import substitution. In 2017, Uralvagonzavod with a number of other Russian organizations was included in the US sanctions lists, which entails difficulties in acquiring some imported IT products.

One of the last steps of the company on the path to import substitution was the signing in August of an agreement on cooperation in the field of digitalization with the Galaxy. To implement joint projects at Uralvagonzavod, a Competence Center for Digitalization of Production will be created.

2021: Moving to work at Rosseti

In 2021, Konstantin Kravchenko joined Rosseti as chief adviser, acting deputy general director for digital transformation. In 2021-2023 acted as general director of Rosseti Tsifa, also in 2021-2022. chief adviser to the general director, acting deputy general director for digital transformation of FGC UES.

Since 2023 - Deputy General Director for Digital Transformation of Rosseti.
