Biography

The professional path to IT began in the 90s. In the early years of his career, he gained versatile experience, going from a system administrator to a full stack development, and then to a guide in the field of IT management. Konstantin has more than 15 years of experience in senior positions at FinTech, InsurTech and PropTech.

For a long time he worked at the Ingosstrakh insurance company, where he was responsible for the development of all the company's digital channels. During his work at Ingosstrakh, he launched online sales of insurance policies through the B2C channel, which later became a significant source of revenue for the company, and also created unique tools for the B2G segment, which provided significant revenue growth in a short time.

He served as Deputy Chief information officer at Soglasie Insurance Company, where he modernized the architecture of the B2B platform, which led to a significant increase in system stability and scalability. Optimized development processes, which significantly accelerated the release of releases and reduced time to market.

In 2021-2022 developed consulting practice, acting as an independent expert and strategic adviser on digital transformation in companies such as Raiffeisen Bank, Arrow Capital, ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities."

Until 2025, Konstantin was responsible for the development of the IT block in one of the areas of the investment company BCS.
