Biography
Irina Kozlova graduated from the Institute of Trade and Economics of St. Petersburg with a degree in economics. He has a master's degree in economics.
At different times, Kozlova worked at Procter & Gamble (as Head of North-West Region Sales), PepsiCo Holdings International (as Head of North-West Region Sales), Reckitt-Benckiser Riverside (North-West Commercial Director and South Business Development Director), Alfa (as Head of Consulting, Asset Management), Rolf Holding (Sales Director).
2008: Working with Microsoft Rus
In 2008, Irina Kozlova began working in the Russian division of Microsoft as the head of the department for working with large financial organizations and international companies, while acting as the manager for working with Sberbank.
Since July 2009, she has led the company's department for working with corporate customers and partners.
Since June 2013, Irina Kozlova headed the department for working with state customers of Microsoft in Russia.
In July 2015, Microsoft in Russia announced the appointment of Irina Kozlova to the post of general director of the division responsible for the development of new markets in Central and Eastern Europe. In this position, she reported directly to the Microsoft central office in Eastern and Central Europe and joined the board of directors of this region.
2018: ABB President in Russia
Since February 1, 2018, Irina Kozlova was appointed president of ABB in Russia. Its responsibilities include business development in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Central Asian countries.
The Russian office of ABB told TAdviser that Irina Kozlova will focus on the implementation and promotion of ABB Ability (this is the common name for ABB digital solutions, which include industrial performance management systems that depend on the effective functioning of enterprises), distributed process control systems, remote service for robots, engines and machines, intelligent building management, offshore oil production platforms, infrastructure as well as infrastructure.
As president, Kozlov was replaced by Anatoly Popov, who led the Russian division of ABB since 2009. The Russian office of ABB told TAdviser that Popov remains an adviser to the company. After many years of successful work in the company, ensuring a smooth transition period, he will go on a well-deserved rest, an ABB representative said in a conversation with TAdviser.
2021: Leaving ABB in Russia
In April 2021, Irina Kozlova, who served as president of ABB in Russia, left the company and will continue her career outside of it.
