Biography
From February 2003 to May 2007, he conducted activities as an individual entrepreneur.
From September 2007 to August 2010 he was the founder and general director of the Siberian Investment and Construction Company.
From September 2008 to September 2010 - Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Trans-Baikal Territory of the first convocation.
From August 2010 to May 2013, he served as head of the program implementation department in monoprofile cities and the development of municipalities with a special regime for the functioning of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
From October 2013 to June 2019, he worked at the Ministry of Communications as an adviser to the minister and oversaw the creation of technology parks, Innopolis University and a number of other industry projects.
In June 2019, Dmitry Kryukov headed the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies. Such a decision was unanimously made by members of the supervisory board of the fund at the first meeting, which was held on June 20 under the leadership of the head of the supervisory board, deputy minister of digital development, communications and mass communications of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Kislyakov.
In May 2021, Alexander Pavlov replaced Dmitry Kryukov as CEO of the RFRIT.
