1990 - graduated from the Moscow financial institution majoring in Economist.

After the termination of university began to work as the economist in All-union association of the public and bank loans, then at commercial enterprises.

Since 1994 - worked as the chief of credit management of commercial innovation bank "Alfa-Bank", then - the adviser to the chairman of the board and the deputy head of department of the client relations in JSB International Finance Company.

1996 - - worked with 2001 in RJSC Norilsk Nickel. Held positions of the chief of control and auditing department, the director of control and auditing activity, the deputy CEO of Russian joint stock company and the First Deputy CEO of JSC Norilsk Plant.

February, 2001 - 2002 - the first deputy governor of Taymyr Autonomous Area and the Chairman of the Committee on management of state property of administration of the district.

October, 2002 - the first deputy governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

June - November, 2003 - fulfilled duties of the head of Norilsk.

November, 2003 - - worked June, 2007 as the first deputy governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

On July 2, 2010 - visited the federal Center of cardiovascular surgery as the department of town planning of Krasnoyarsk signed permission to commissioning of the facility. The governor visited department of radiodiagnosis, a children's heart surgery, chambers of intensive therapy^[4].

On September 10, 2012 - visited the Territory of initiative youth Biryusa where participated in the closing ceremony of a labor semester of the Krasnoyarsk edge student's group^[6].
