Born January 25, 1981 in St. Petersburg.
She graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics, and then from the Zicklin School of Business in New York with a degree in personnel management.
She led HR services and org. development of companies: i-Free, PETER-SERVICE (Nexign), Mail.ru Group (VK).
She was responsible for the Russian HR, as well as Talent Acquisition EPAM in Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).
Professional interests: building management teams, change management, internal communications, analytics in HR, HR brand.
2023: Director of Organizational Development "Reksoft"
On February 14, 2023, Reksoft Group announced the appointment of Faina Lerner as Director of Organizational Development.
In the Reksoft Group, Faina Lerner is responsible for the integration process of teams within the Group, organizational design, development and personnel management.
Since the beginning of 2022, the Reksoft Group has been seriously growing. We are creating a leading player in the digital consulting market. To do this, several large professional teams joined Reksoft. The group included the strategic consulting team of the Russian division of Accenture (now Reksoft Consulting), the practice of mining solutions was created, and then the Center for the Development of APCS Technologies and Production Digitalization, which included specialists from such companies as VIST Group, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Aveva. Also, the Reksoft Group team was strengthened by specialists from Dassault Systemes, IBM, SAP, Oracle and other global IT companies. IT is primarily about people. Faina's task is to harmonize all teams, set up their optimal interaction and at the same time preserve all the best that is in every corporate culture.
