1984 - 1987 - the chief engineer of the efficiency plant of the Perm project and construction consolidation.

1987 - 1992 - the plant manager of concrete goods of Permgrazhdanstroy trust^[4].

1992 - 2007 - the CEO of JSC Stroyindustriya^[5].

1994 - 1996 - the deputy of the Perm City Council, the commission chairman on the budget and economic policy.

1997 - 2006 - the deputy of Legislative assembly of the Perm region.

2006 - 2007 - the deputy of Legislative assembly of Perm Krai, the Chairman of the Committee on social policy.

2007 - 2008 - the deputy manager of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service^[6].

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 8, 2008 it was appointed the deputy minister of natural resources of the Russian Federation, by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2008 it was exempted from this position and it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.^[7]. On this post worked till 2016.^[8].
