Biography
He was deputy director of the Department of State Policy in the field of creation and development of electronic government of the Ministry of Communications. In November 2011, he worked under the leadership of Andrei Lipov.
From 2012 to April 2020, he served as Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Communications Infrastructure.
In April 2020, he was appointed deputy head of Roskomnadzor.
