Biography

Lukash Sergey Alekseyevich was born on May 9, 1957 in the city of Rubtsovsk of Altai Krai.

In 1976 graduated from the Almaty electrotechnical school of communication, and in 1986 – All-Union correspondence electrotechnical institute of communication in "A radio communication and broadcasting".

In 1997 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in "The public and municipal administration".

Sergey Lukash is the Doctor of Economics, Candidate of Law Sciences and the author of a number of monographs on legal and economic problems.

S. Lukash began the labor activity in 1976 the radioman of the Almaty basin management of Kazglavselezashchit.

2011: Vice president Rostelecom
