Biography

Maxim Nechiporenko graduated from the Siberian State Automobile and Road Academy with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering

He built his career in IT at ASCON, where he worked from 2002 to 2016. He took part in the creation of products for construction and architecture: KOMPAS-3D, COMPASS-Builder, MinD technologies, project management systems Pilot-ICE and Pilot:PGS. He acted as the head and consultant of large automation projects at Kazzink Corporation (Kazakhstan), UzGeoTechLETI Research Institute (Uzbekistan), Burgasnefteproekt (Bulgaria).

Since 2011, he has been developing the Renga BIM system.

Since 2016 - Deputy CEO of Renga Software. Responsible for the promotion of the system, as well as for interaction with partners and representatives of government bodies.

He is a member of the subcommittee 5 "Technology of information modeling of buildings and structures" TK 465 "Construction," a member of the working group under the Government of St. Petersburg on the introduction of information modeling technologies in the construction complex of St. Petersburg.

Since August 2022 - Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on BIM issues.

2026: From "gray automation" based on Autodesk to the transition to Russian BIM/TIM solutions

Despite the inertia in the issues of digitalization characteristic of construction, industries many organizations in this industry have long tried and appreciated the benefits of using information modeling technologies (/ BIM TIM). However, here and a few years after the departure of foreign vendors from Russia, the application of their solutions still prevails.
