Biography

Anastasia Morozova the Applied mathematics and cybernetics graduated from Tver State University majoring in.

Worked in the Russian industrial company (RPK; partner of Autodesk).

In 2001 Morozova passed to work into Autodesk. In 2006 received the invitation from office Autodesk in Moscow to head the direction of marketing. For six years it was engaged in strategic and operational marketing, and since 2012 headed the direction of architecture and construction of representative office of Autodesk in the CIS, being responsible for all components of business from compliance of products to requirements of Russian-speaking users to the specialized partner channel and sales.

In a new position of Anastasius Morozov focused on strategic development of the directions "Architecture and "Construction/Infrastructure (AEC/Eni)" in Russia and the CIS countries that included a broad spectrum of tasks. Among them — development of competences of partners in the Architecture and Construction direction, cooperation with commands of Autodesk in development and promotion of all AEC/Eni-products and also work with customers and industry associations. Till February 1, 2013 Morozova continued to be responsible for marketing of Autodesk in the territory of the CIS.

2016: Appointment of Autodesk as the head in Russia and the CIS

On July 19, 2016 Autodesk announced Anastasia Morozova's appointment to the CEO's position in Russia and the CIS. It succeeded Alexey Ryzhov who at the beginning of 2016 passed to the competitor of Autodesk — Dassault Systemes company, having headed its Russian office. The company explained Tadviser that Anastasia Morozova with Ryzhov's leaving fulfilled the CEO's duties. Now its official appointment took place.

Autodesk noted that, as well as some other the companies of IT market, their company passes to sale of software on a subscription, and at this moment for it it is important to have  not the just good director with wide experience, but also the strong  leader capable to lead a command.

During operating time in   Anastasius Morozov's Autodesk showed capability more than once to build work so that  both partners, and clients and employees  received the maximum benefits. Under the leadership of Anastasia we intend to unroll a new business model in  Russia  and the CIS  so that benefits were maximum for all parties  —    Harald Oettl, the senior director in the region noted Emerging markets.

Anastasia Morozova told TAdviser that her main objective in a new position is an achievement key business of indicators. They changed together with transition to a new business model, and now this quantity of the sold subscriptions, average annual revenues on each subscription and the annual average total amount of revenue from all subscriptions, she explained. Among tasks of the CEO and all Russian office Autodesk – to help with transition to new model of business and the partners: the company directly depends on as far as her partners are competent, loyal and effective, Morozova noted.

Very important the CEO of Autodesk in Russia and the CIS considers to bear new technologies also.

The construction industry actively passes to information modeling, and we as experts try not only to help the Russian companies to use the best world practices, but also in international market to tell about what progress the Russian companies at design or construction using BIM achieved. It not only creates positive image of the country, but also, we very much hope for it, will help to bring investments into the country as services in BIM to modeling are very demanded by the western companies, - marked out Anastasius Morozov in a conversation with TAdviser. - In terms of industrial production there is a democratization of such technologies as the generating design (use of artificial intelligence) and direct modeling. New technologies allow to create projects for printing on the 3D-printer to anyone at the minimum costs of time and money.

Morozova added that the movement of makers and a segment of medium and small business which need modern tools of new type and if Autodesk is able to help such companies to make new, competitive and innovation products grows, then the objectives of a company performance will be achieved.
