Born April 6, 1967 in Moscow, Russia.
Education
1992 - graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automation (MIREA) with a degree in Radio Engineering.
Career
1991-1992 - worked at the Moscow Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.
1992 - founded the construction company Avgur Estate.
1994-1995 - headed the company "White Eagle," which was engaged in the import of vodka.
1995 - established the first company of the agro-industrial group, and Rusagro began to engage in white sugar sales.
1997 - Head of Sugar Trading Company CJSC.
1997 - bought the first sugar factory, before that[4] was engaged in the import of sugar from Ukraine].
Since 1999 - founder, co-owner General Director of CJSC Rusagro.

May 26, 2006 - Representative in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Belgorod Regional Duma.
In October 2010, he was elected to the Belgorod Regional Duma.
He is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Jewish Congress. Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Property, member of the Commission on Youth and Sports.
