Biography

1995-2002

Since 1995, he began working in Omsk healthcare as a doctor in the endoscopic department of the Diagnostic Center, from 1996 to 2002 - deputy chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital No. 1.

In the period from 2002-2004 - Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Omsk.

2004-2010

From 2004 to 2010 - chief physician of the Municipal Polyclinic No. 2.

In March 2010, he was appointed to the post of chief physician of the budget healthcare institution of the Omsk Region "City Clinical Emergency Hospital No. 2."

2020: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region

2021: Wandering Through the Woods, Salvation

On May 7, 2021, the Minister of Health of the Omsk Region, Alexander Murakhovsky, left on an ATV to hunt in the forest from the village of Pospelovo, Bolsheukovsky District, and disappeared. For about a day, acquaintances were looking for him on their own, later they turned to the police. About 100 people took part in the search, unmanned aerial vehicles were involved. It was noted that the search was complicated by difficult terrain with swampy areas.

Participants in the search operation said that the ATV crashed into a birch and hung on a tree, after which the official threw it.

On May 10, Murakhovsky went out to people near the village of Basly. He was examined at the hospital in the Bolsheukovsky district, but refused hospitalization. The head of the Omsk Ministry of Health explained the incident by the fact that he could not find a way to the village.

2023: Fine for repeated disruption of supplies of medical equipment under the national project

This was announced on April 7, 2023 by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

According to the statement of the department, at the end of 2022, the measures of the federal projects "Modernization of primary health care," "Fight against cancer," "Fight against cardiovascular diseases" were not fully implemented in the region. The planned delivery and commissioning of high-tech medical equipment were disrupted. So, by January 1, 2023, a magnetic resonance tomograph was not put into operation at BUZOO "Medical and Sanitary Part No. 4," as well as 3 units of medical equipment for BUZOO "Clinical and Sanitary Part No. 9." BUZOO "Clinical Oncological Dispensary" was also not equipped with 7 units of medical equipment.

At the initiative of the prosecutor's office of the Omsk region for violating the procedure for spending interbudgetary transfers allocated for the events of the national project "Healthcare," by a resolution of the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Omsk Region, the regional minister of health was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 15.15.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to a fine of 12 thousand rubles.

This offense was recognized as repeated, since a similar situation on non-fulfillment of the activities of the national project "Healthcare" in the region also took place at the end of 2021, the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Omsk region added.[3]
