Biography

In 1992 with honors graduated from the Rostov highest military command and engineering college of rocket troops of M.I. Nedelin. In 2001 graduated from Academy of the Department of MIA. Candidate of Law Sciences. Professor of Academy of military sciences.

1987 - 1992 – service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

1992 - 1994 – work on industrial enterprise.

1995 - 2007 – service at different positions in law enforcement agencies.

2007 - 2008 – the deputy chief of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Rostov region on economic safety.

2008 - 2010 – the chief of Operational search bureau No. 3 of Economic security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2010 - 2011 – the deputy chief of Economic security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2011 - 2014 – the advisor to director general of Rostec state corporation.

2014 - 2015 – the managing director for troubled assets of Rostec.

Since 2015 - the managing director for non-core and troubled assets of Rostec.

Heads Boards of Directors "RT-Proyektnye technologies", RT-Capital, "IMZ". The Kalashnikov Concern, "The national immunobiological company" enters into Boards of Directors ".

2017: Deputy CEO of Rostec

In February, 2017 Rostec announced Alexander Nazarov's appointment the Deputy CEO of state corporation. In the new status he will reserve former functionality on management of non-core and troubled assets, will supervise work of child structure of state corporation – "The national immunobiological company" and also creation of the unified information systems (UIS). Nazarov submits to the CEO of Rostec Sergey Chemezov.

In a new position Nazarov replaced Dmitry Shugayev who was discharged of it in connection with appointment as the Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC).

Alexander Nazarov has serious managerial experience, during operating time in Rostec it managed to re-structure a number of troubled assets, to increase effective management of the enterprises, to systematize work on non-core assets of corporation. It will continue this activity in the new status, - Sergey Chemezov noted in connection with appointment.

2019: Curator of digital projects of Rostec

The head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov appointed the deputy CEO of state corporation Alexander Nazarov responsible for implementation of digital projects. The top manager's task — coordination and consolidation of the different directions of works of corporation in the field of digital technologies, reported TAdviser on January 24, 2019 in Rostec.

Earlier Alexander Nazarov supervised a number of large digital projects of state corporation — the information and analytical system (IAS), the unified information system (UIS) and the uniform aggregator of trade (UAT).

Now in a zone of its powers — all range of the relevant companies and projects, including the radio-electronic cluster headed by the industrial director Sergey Sakhnenko, the profile organizations of direct control, joint ventures and also the block of projects in the field of digital economy under the leadership of the director of special orders of corporation Vasily Brovko.

As of January, 2019, 3 holdings of a radio-electronic cluster of Rostec — Rosel, "Schwabe" and Automatic equipment (integrate more than 160 scientific and industrial organizations), a number of the enterprises of an aviation cluster, several organizations of direct control (RT-RB, "RT-Proyektnye technologies", etc.) and also several joint ventures with participation of private equity, such as BARS GROUP, NtechLab, "Kriptonit", etc. are involved in digital projects of state corporation.

Along with digital projects, Alexander Nazarov will continue to supervise non-core and troubled assets of Rostec and also work of child pharmaceutical holding of state corporation — "The national immunobiological company".

According to representatives of state corporation, consolidation of several directions of Rostec responsible for digital technologies will promote achievement of strategic objectives among which — improving competitiveness of the company and expansion on the fast-growing markets of hi-tech products. The development strategy of Rostec till 2025 provides significant growth of a share of digital solutions in a product line of corporation that, in turn, will allow it to apply for a role of the leading complex supplier of "digit" in Russia.

Developments and projects in this area are conducted by our child structures and partners in several directions, for the benefit of different state and corporate customers, through the whole country. Coordination and consolidation of efforts of all enterprises and commands participating in this work is necessary for formation of complex product offers and successful promotion of corporation in the market of digital technologies. Alexander Nazarov will become the chief lobbyist (or the curator) these processes in corporation — Sergey Chemezov commented on appointment.

Inclusion in the structure of the Government commission on digital development

The Prime Minister RUSSIAN FEDERATION Mikhail Mishustin signed on February 27, 2020 the order about the updated structure The government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity. The deputy CEO of State corporation Rostec Alexander Nazarov, in particular, was a part of the commission. In State corporation he answers, including, for work on development digital economy and digital technologies. On February 28, 2020 Rostec reported about it.

the Digital economy requires many conversions: changes in state regulation, scientific and personnel support, stimulation of technology development and implementation of modern technologies. Federal projects of which the national program "Digital Economy" consists just cover these spheres and are necessary for consolidation of efforts of all participants of process. Inclusion in the structure of the Commission of representatives from business – Rostec, Sberbank, Rostelecom and Gazpromneft – will promote increase in efficiency of the measures undertaken by the government for the purpose of acceleration of digital development of Russia. It will allow to concentrate on the purposes which will lead to the fastest digital transformation of national economy,

The commission is the coordinating body of the government formed for interaction of federal and regional executive authorities of the Russian Federation concerning development of ecosystems of digital economy and increase in level of use of information technologies and communication for formation in the country of information society and electronic government.

As a part of Board of Directors of Alium group

In July, 2020 Alexander Nazarov, the deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec, was a part of Board of Directors of Alium group company which was created by PJSC AFK Sistema for the purpose of management of share blocks of Corporation in the pharmaceutical companies of JSC Sintez (Biokom Ltd owns) and JSC Alium (AO FP of Obolenskoye and JSC Binnopharm merges under the Alium brand assets).
