2022: General Director of RT-Design Technologies

Oleg Menzhinsky was appointed General Director of RT-Design Technologies JSC of Rostec State Corporation. The decision to appoint was made by the shareholder of the company. Rostec announced this on December 2, 2022.

Oleg Menzhinsky has two higher educations, including technical. Previously worked as deputy head of the holding.

As general director of RT-Design Technologies, he is engaged in the implementation of promising projects in the field of information technologies, their development and introduction into the structure of public procurement, including the use of pricing control systems in public procurement both in the civil and military spheres.

The tasks on which the RT-Project Technologies holding is working are aimed at implementing national projects in the interests of both our citizens and the country as a whole. The range of areas is wide - from small-scale government purchases to the introduction of domestic software at critical facilities, for example, the Russian air ticket booking system, and ensuring "immunity" to cyber threats.
