Orekhov Vyacheslav Vasilyevich

Orekhov Vyacheslav Vasilievich was born on March 25, 1962 in the city of Safonovo, Smolensk region. He graduated from the Kiev Higher Military Engineering School of Communications, as well as the Military Academy of Communications in St. Petersburg with a degree in Automated Control Systems. He has the degree of candidate of technical sciences.

Since 1979. to 2000 served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. During this period, he was awarded a scholarship from the President of the Russian Federation for success in scientific research, as well as the State Award "For Military Merit."

At the end of military service in 2000, he transferred to the State Unitary Enterprise "Special Agency for Expertise, Licensing, Certification and Certification of OMEGA" as a leading specialist in the information technology security service.
