Career

2024: Appointment of CEOs of VTB NPF

At the end of August 2024, the board of directors of the VTB non-state pension fund elected Andrei Osipov as the general director of the fund. Previously, he served as a member of the Management Board of Post Bank. Maxim Filatov, who previously headed the fund, will continue to work on its board of directors, the NPF said in a statement.

Before becoming the general director of VTB NPF, Andrei Osipov was responsible for the development of the retail business of Post Bank. By August 2024, his experience in VTB Group banks in leadership positions exceeds 20 years, according to a press release from NPF. Over the years, Osipov was engaged in the development of the mortgage and retail business, was a member of the boards of directors of the group's subsidiaries - VTB Insurance, VTB Pension Fund, Multibonus.

By August 2024, VTB NPF, according to the fund's own data, ranks first in terms of the number of insured clients in the OPS, in terms of assets and liabilities under the OPS. After integration with NPF Otkritie, the number of clients of the combined fund exceeded 10.5 million people.[1]
