Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow Aviation Institute and the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Career
1997-2019
From 1997 to 2008 he worked in banksRussian Credit, Onexim Bank and Rosbank. Since 2001, he held the position of vice president of Rosbank, overseeing relations with key corporate clients. In 2004-2008, as director of the Central Territorial Administration of Rosbank, he led the project for the integration of the group of banks "Mutual Credit Society" and Rosbank.
From 2008 to 2014, Loginov was the chairman of the board of Metcombank, which was part of the Severstal group of companies Alexei Mordashov. In 2015, he moved to Novikombank as part of the Rostec Group of Companies, where he held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. His area of responsibility was the development of a development strategy, corporate business, small and medium-sized businesses, retail, regional network, work with overdue debts, as well as work with the state defense order.
In 2016-2019, Loginov was chairman of the board of the Kazakh Eurasian Bank. His main tasks at this post included improving the efficiency of the credit institution by modernizing operational processes, introducing modern customer service technologies, as well as improving the risk assessment system.
2026: Appointment as Chairman of the Board of Togliattikhimbank
On February 20, 2026, Pavel Loginov was appointed to the post of chairman of the board of Togliattikhimbank. In this position, he replaced Konstantin Zyryanov, who headed the credit institution from 2021.
Togliattikhimbank, as noted by "Review," is one of the hundred largest Russian credit organizations. According to the rating agency ACRA, the main activities of the bank are financing corporate borrowers, placing funds on the interbank market and operations with securities.[1]
