Raushkin Yury Vladimirovich

Yury Vladimirovich Raushkin graduated from the State academy of oil and gas of I.M. Gubkin. After service in the Soviet Army worked as the geologist, the operator, the master in oil and gas production, the deputy chief of gas-field management, the chief of an oil field.

Since 2000 – the deputy chief of quickly dispatching service of Gas-field management of Orenburggazprom LLC.

2000 - 2007 – the associate director on technology, the chief engineer – the associate director, the director Ltd company "Gazpromavtomatika" of JSC Gazavtomatika of JSC Gazprom.

Improved the skills at the Orenburg state university and in Non-State Educational Institution "Institute of Advanced Training and Occupational Retraining of the Managerial Personnel". In 2006 received the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation.

Since 2007 - the CEO of Gazavtomatika LLC.

Since 2009 – the CEO of the Elektrogaz Management Company controlling the largest producer of electric equipment entering into Gazprom tsentrremont LLC holding.

In February, 2010 the press release of SK Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation opening plunders in Gazprom by deliveries of products with forces of JSC Gazavtomatika which were directed by Yury Raushkin was issued. At this time JSC Gazavtomatika is included into Gazprom tsentrremont LLC holding with influential heads-patrons a sort from St. Petersburg under supervision of Dmitry Doyev and his right hand — Sergey Palkin. After that an incident came to naught.

On March 12, 2010 the Board of Directors of JSC Gazavtomatika elected Raushkin the CEO again for three years.

2011: Appointment as the CEO of Gazprom avtomatizatsiya

Since 2011 - Yury Raushkin is appointed the CEO of JSC Gazprom avtomatizatsiya, the leading industry consolidation which is responsible for issues of automation and informatization of activity of JSC Gazprom.

On July 21, 2011 the chairman of JSC Gazprom Alexey Miller received the letter from Investigative Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (it is published by Novaya Gazeta with reference to a source in Gazprom later). Judging by the text of the letter signed by the acting head of department on investigation of organized criminal activity in the field of economy Victor Tsymbal, the investigation did not cease at all, and fruitfully works, but without any press releases, detentions and to that similar. In the letter it is specified that the investigation determined the plunder fact only through one intermediary company for 2009 at JSC Gazprom more than 300 million rubles. All supply chain through intermediary firms is opened, their CEOs who gave evidences that managed their actions in JSC Gazavtomatika are interrogated. Besides, the investigation, judging by the text of the letter, already has first candidates in suspected from among managers of child structures of JSC Gazavtomatika.

However the source of "NG" reported also that in Gazprom treat all this story not really seriously: there is an opinion that such asset as Gazprom, seriously intelligence agencies will hardly shake — the role of gas giant in country life is too big.

2013: Dismissal from the CEO's post, secession of board

In March, 2013 the Board of Directors of Gazprom avtomatizatsiya made the decision to stop Yury Raushkin's powers as the CEO in connection with expiration of the agreement to its employment contract of 2010.

Anatoly Naumets, the Deputy CEO of the company for automated control systems was appointed the acting as the head of the company.

At the beginning of April, 2013 the Board of Directors of Gazprom avtomatizatsiya also made the decision on early termination of powers of Yury Raushkin as the board member.
