Biography

Was born in Cheboksary.

In 1990 successfully graduated from the Chuvash state university of I.N. Ulyanov in "Medical case, obstetrics and gynecology".

Career

Medical medical unit of the Cheboksary cotton plant. Nurse of infarktny department.

1994-2001

From 1994 to 2001 worked as the chief physician of the Cheboksary medical center "Semya", Republican Center of Planning of Family and Reproduction State Healthcare Institution of the Ministry of Health of Chuvashia.

In 2001-2012 - the chief physician of budget institution of the Chuvash Republic "The presidential perinatal center" of Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Chuvash Republic.

2012

On January 25, 2012 it is appointed the vice-chairman of the Cabinet of the Chuvash Republic – the Minister of health and social development of the Chuvash Republic.

2013

As of January 22, 2013 holds a position of the Minister of health and social development of the Chuvash Republic.

2017-2018

In February, 2017 it was dismissed Ministers of Health of Chuvashia.

Since July, 2018 - the adviser to the head of Roszdravnadzor. Later she was appointed the head of department of department on control of implementation of state programs in the field of health care.

2020

Appointment of project activity of the Russian Ministry of Health as the department director

In March, 2020 Alla Samoylova is appointed the director of the department of project activity of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, having replaced David Melik-Guseynov. This department controls accomplishment of the Demography and Health care national projects.

Appointment as the head of Roszdravnadzor

On April 10, 2020 the prime minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed Alla Samoylova the head of Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) instead of Mikhail Murashko who at the beginning of a year  became a Minister of Health.

Before Alla Samoylova became a head Roszdravnadzor, within several months Dmitry Parkhomenko was the acting as the head of department.

The prime minister Mikhail Mishustin appointed Alla Samoylova the head of Roszdravnadzor

Before the appointment Samoylova held a position of the head of department of control of implementation of state programs in the field of health care of Roszdravnadzor. This department is engaged in control of the address of medical products and drugs, conducting quality checks and safety of medical activity and also monitoring of the range of the prices of vital and essential drugs.^[1]
