Sergei Dmitriyev was born on May 19, 1979 in Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Education

In 2002 he graduated from the Tomsk Siberian Order of the Red Banner of Labor Medical University with a degree in Medical Medicine.

After graduation, he passed an internship at the Krasnoyarsk Medical Academy, and from 2003 to 2010 he worked at the MBUZ "Achinsk Central District Hospital" as a doctor - anesthesiologist-resuscitator.

In 2008 he graduated from the Siberian State Medical University of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise (in Healthcare).

2011-2012 - anesthesiologist-resuscitator of OGAUZ "Regional Perinatal Center."

2013-2016 - Deputy Chief Physician of the Kozhevnikovsky Central District Hospital of the Tomsk Region.

2022: Dismissal from the post of head of the Department of Health of the Tomsk Region

Sergei Dmitriyev was relieved of his post as head of the health department of the Tomsk region.
