Biography

Born in 1963 in Moscow.

In 1986, he graduated with honors from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in electronics, and has a diploma in translation of technical literature. In 1991, he completed his postgraduate studies at MEPhI in the specialty.

He began working in the banking sector in 1993 at the Interindustrial Commercial Bank INTERCOMBANK, where he went from a project manager to the head of the information technology department. He was engaged in the development and support of information systems and technologies of the bank.

In 1995 he graduated from the American Institute of Banking (New York, USA) with a degree in Automation and Computerization of Banking.

In 1996 and 1997 he studied at the Financial Academy of the Russian Federation with a degree in Banking Economist.

In 1999, he moved to AB "Assistance to Public Initiatives" (Sobinbank), where he was also responsible for the information and technological development of the bank as Deputy Chairman of the Board for Information Technologies. He headed the Department of Information Technology. In 2000, he was appointed vice president of the banking council.
