Biography

Sergey Solovyov was born on September 19, 1983 in Akhtubinsk, Astrakhan Region.

In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Engineer with a degree in electronic systems. In 2012 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation under the program "State and Municipal Administration."

Sergey Solovyov was appointed acting general director of the Technoserv group, Technoserva reported on April 30, 2020. This position will Solovyov be combined with the post of commercial director of the holding. The appointment is associated with the task set for the integrator by the shareholder - the implementation of a new strategy, the development of projects for VTB and the involvement of customers from various sectors of the economy, the company explained.

Later, the position of general director of the company will be taken by some other candidate, added to the integrator. VTB noted that the appointment to this position will take place in the summer of 2020, and as of April 30, 2020, the bank is still in the process of choosing a new head of Technoserv.

In the group "Technoserv" Sergey Solovyov replaced Andrei Ershov. On April 30, 2020, he resigned from the holding by agreement of the parties. Yershov does not decide on a new place of work at the time of dismissal.

Andriy Yershov completed the stage of anti-crisis optimization, the creation of a new corporate structure that will support more effective management of business and projects. In 2019, Technoserv experienced one of the most difficult periods in its history: the bankruptcy process of the integrator was stopped, legal disputes with most contractors were terminated.
