Biography
Oleg Lvovich Shkinev was born on November 17, 1967 in Nizhny Novgorod.
Education
In 1989 graduated from Military space academy of A.F. Mozhaysky as "a radio engineer of satellite communication systems".
In 2004 Oleg Shkinev received MBA degree Strategic Menezhdment in Higher School of Economics.
Career
In 1989-1992 served in Armed Forces in structure of GRU of GSh USSR.
Oleg Shkinev started a career in 1992 of Korev and RRC company as the commercial agent.
In 1993 began work as the chief executive of the Nizhny Novgorod representative office of RRC — the distributor of corporate systems of storage and data transmission and also solutions in information security field.
In 1996 it was appointed the director of the department of transaction service of RRC company.
During the period from 1996 to 2001 headed department of the transaction equipment of RKR LLC (Moscow, Russia). Was engaged in the organization of commercial and technology cooperation with payment systems. Under its control development of new specialized products was conducted.
In 2005 it is appointed the managing director of INPAS LLC (INPAS). On this post started strategy implementation of sales, development of new sales channels and competitive programs for the markets of Russia and the CIS.
Since April 27, 2010 Oleg Shkinev passed to a position of the vice president of diversified holding of ITG (INLINE Technologies Group). On this post he supervises development of five companies entering into holding and working at the market of payment systems and acquiring. In particular, INPAS companies — the supplier of technological solutions in the field of acquiring in Russia and the CIS countries, INPAS International — Eastern Europe mastering the markets, PEAK Sistemz company – developer of complete solutions in the field of integration and social projects, PST Company — multivendor outsourcing service company and factory on production of all types of plastic cards Alioth.
As the vice president Shkinev focuses the efforts on cost efficiency of the enterprises, an exit of products and services in the territory of the countries of Eastern and Western Europe, development and diversification of business and also on the management of strategically important projects of the listed companies. Under its management implementation of marketing strategy of ITG is controlled onto financial statements of the companies of holding.
