Career

Alexey started the career in Wrigley company.

Then more than eight years worked in Nestlé Russia company in the field of sales and marketing.

Worked about 10 years in the international production company 3M where took in turn positions of the director of business groups of Consumer goods, Security and graphics, its last role – the managing director for the CIS countries.

2019: Appointment of SKF as the CEO in Russia and the CIS

In April, 2019 Alexey Shulepov is appointed the CEO of SKF company in the region Russia and the CIS countries. Alexey has more than 20 years of experience on the leading positions in the large international companies in the field of development of production, marketing and sales of goods of segments of B2B and B2C, creation and development of distributor networks, business management with wholesale and retail network clients, reported in SKF on April 24, 2019.

Alexey's task as the CEO — to introduce world practices in activity of the company, to optimize project management, to increase localization of production due to increase in volumes, start of new products, proceeding from the growing requirements of the markets of Russia and the CIS countries.
