2002: TNK-BP
In 2002-2005 worked at TNK-BP (on March 21, 2013, Rosneft announced the completion of the transaction to purchase 100% of TNK-BP).
2005: Alfa Group IT Director
Since 2005, he served as Director of IT at the Alfa Group Consortium. His responsibility was to ensure effective mechanisms for the management, control and development of IT Services of the companies included in the Consortium.
2007: Director of IT X5 Retail Group
From January 1, 2007 to 2012, he served as Director of IT Management, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Business Support at X5 Retail Group.

He took the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Milky Brothers Group.
2013: Sberbank
Since 2013, he served as adviser to the First Deputy Chairman of the Board - Chief Operating Officer of Sberbank Lev Khasis.
2014: Vice President
January 30, 2014 was appointed Vice President of Sberbank. In this position, he implemented a strategic program to optimize all the supporting functions of the bank.
2017: Senior Vice President
In January 2017, the Kommersant newspaper, citing Lev Khasis, announced that from February Teymur Sternlib would be appointed Senior Vice President, Head of the Directorate for Digital Business Development. He will replace Mikhail Ehrenburg, who has been working at Sberbank since 2013. Ehrenburg leaves Sberbank, but will continue cooperation with the bank in a different format.
In July 2018, Mark Zavadsky replaced him in this position. Sternlib continued to work in a credit institution, concentrating on the development of the Sberbank ecosystem and the SberCloud platform for corporate customers.
On September 14, 2018, it became known that Teymur Sternlib decided to leave[1] credit organization[1].
2019: Creator Dragon Family
As of March, 2019 was engaged in own startup - the family Dragon Family application (developing applications for motivation of children and training of their financial literacy)[2].

As of February 2022 - entrepreneur, chairman of the MBG Group SD: The Innovation Studio, business angel.

Married, three children (two daughters and a son).
