Biography

Timur Zaripov was born in Kazan.

In 2006 he graduated from Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulyanov - Lenin (now Kazan (Volga) Federal University) with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2014, he took advanced training courses under the program "Modern Management in the Field of Public Administration" of the Educational and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (g.) Kazan

In 2003-2006 worked as an OVT technician at the Aviamotor design and production enterprise in Kazan.

In 2006, he was the network administrator, head of the department at the Volga Certification Center.

From 2006 to 2011 - Head of the Information Security Department, Project Manager of Center in Kazan.

From 2012 to 2013 he served as the lead manager of the project management department at UIP.

In 2013-2014 - Deputy General Director at the State Unitary Enterprise "CIT RT."

Since April 14, 2014, he worked as Deputy Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, later, after renaming the department, he served as Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since 2019 - Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Services and Customer Experience of the Ministry of Digital Development.

2021

Director of the Department for the Development of Services and Customer Experience of the Ministry of Digital Development

As TAdviser found out, in October 2021, Timur Zaripov was appointed Acting Director of the Department for the Development of Services and Client Experience of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. Later he became director of this department.

This structural unit of the ministry, created in June 2020, develops and implements state policy and legal regulation in the field of improving public administration through the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions. This is done to increase the level of satisfaction of citizens and business with public services, services, including those provided electronically.

Since the creation of the department, it has been headed by Alexey Gorobtsov. From Ministry of Digital Development he left of his own free will^[1].

For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the income of the family of Timur Zaripov amounted to 11.5 million rubles. Personal income - 5.5 million rubles, spouse income - 5.9 million rubles^[2].

2023

Dismissal from the Ministry of Digital Development

In November 2023, Timur Zaripov left the post of director of the department of services development and customer experience of the Ministry of Digital Development of his own free will. This happened a couple of weeks after the departure from Ministry of Digital Development of Deputy Minister Dmitry Oguryaev, who oversaw this department.

The new deputy minister, the successor of Oguryaev, was Sergei Tsvetkov.

Zaripov's team, under the leadership of Oguryaev, was engaged in updating the portal of public services, withdrawing dozens of mass socially significant services in the social sphere, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosreestr, the Federal Tax Service and many others. In addition, it was possible for departments, including regional ones, to independently develop services.

Timur Zaripov's new place of work, as of November 2023, is not known.
